Magnums: These guns are just for TR1. They are similar to Tomb Raider II's Automatic Pistols. Ammo comes in packs of 50.*

Pistols: This is the default weapon. The pistol has unlimited ammo so use them whenever you are in a safe spot where the enemy can't hurt you.***

'Lara's default weapons-non automatic single shot hand-guns. Very reliable but causes limited damage.'

Shotgun: The shotgun comes in ammo amounts of 2 shells. These guns take a long time to fire so they are good if you need to kill an enemy that is coming towards you fast.***

'12 bore weapon causes significant damage at close range, however reload time is fairly slow.'

' Uzis: These guns just eat up ammo. However they have a very fast firing rate and they are very powerful.***

'Fully automatic hand-guns-the speed of discharge causes greater damage in shorter time than the standard pistol.'

Harpoon Gun: The harpoon gun is used underwater. It doesn't hurt the enemy very much so use it to slow them down so Lara can get out of the water to shoot them with a better gun. Harpoons come in packs of 4.**

'The only one of Lara's weapons which is useable under water.'

Automatic Pistols: These guns are almost the same as the pistols. They have a slightly faster firing rate and they don't come with unlimited ammo.*

'Fully automatic pistols-cause massive damage due to rapid firing. Most affective at close range.'

M16: This is the most powerful gun in this game. Like the Uzis though they eat up ammo.*

'Fully automatic assault rifle. Very accurate over long distances, less effective at close range.'

Grenade Launcher:This is the best weapon of TRII so use it wisely. It will kill any enemy in one shot. Be careful though. It is far and few between when it comes to ammo. It comes in packs of 2 grenades. They cannot be thrown. You have to have the gun. In TRIII the grenades will bounce off walls. They will explode once they have traveled a certain distance.  **

'Causes devastating damage but suffers from very slow reloading time.'

Deset Eagle: This weapon is similar to the magnums and auto pistols. It has a fairly slow firing rate but faster than a pistol.*

M-5: Lara has traded in her M-16 for a new military rifle. She cannot fire this weapon while running or jumping. If you try to run then fire, Lara will stop.

Rocket Launcher: This is the most POWERFUL WEAPON   ever to enter the Tomb Raider world. Ammo is very sparly placed so use it only for the hardest enemies.

Items

Small Medikits: These are the basic healers. They heal 1/2 of your health.***

Large Medikits: These are good healers, renewing all your health and are quite rare. Use them only if you have almost no health and it is blinking. If you need a full healing and you don't have many large medikits try using two small medikits or if you don't need a lot of health at the time use just one small medikits. Never heal yourself at the end of the level because you get healed at the beginning of the next one.***

Flares: These are very important to have in Tomb Raider II. If you haven't got any in dark area's you're stuck. The "dynamic lighting" allows these to be used. These "modern candles" can also be used underwater. Flares come in packs of six. Eight in TRIII.**

Stopwatch: Lara has traded her compass in for this stopwatch. The stopwatch tells you how long you have been in the level, which of the secrets you have found, how many things you have killed, how many ammo's used, how many times you have hit enemies, how many health packs you have used, and how far you have traveled.**

Compass: This is, hence the name, is a compass which will turn and adjust itself.*
