All Weapons: Step forward, step backward, turn around three times (make sure you hold it down and don't tap it, you don't have to get a perfect 360 º circle) and jump backward.
Level Skip: Step forward, step backward, turn around three times, and jump backward.
Sony Playstation
All Weapons: Go into your inventory and press look, draw guns, step right, step left, step left, step right, roll, look. Lara will sigh when it works.
Level Skip: Go to your inventory and press Step Left, Step Right, Look, Roll, Draw, Look, Step Right, Step Left. Lara will sigh when it works.

To make Lara explode: do either of the previous codes without holding a flare.
These codes I have tried (not used) and I am sure they work. However I only have the PC version and cannot be sure about the others.

To skip a level: Side-step left, side-step right, side-step left, walk back, walk forward, turn in three complete circles ( any direction ), and jump forward with a twist.
To get all weapons: Side-step left, side-step right, side-step left, walk back, walk forward, turn in three complete circles (any direction), and jump backward with a twist.
To make Lara explode: Pull out a flare, step forward, step backward, turn around 3 times in any direction, and jump backwards.

Full Health: Quickly press R2(2), L2, R2, L2(6), R2, L2(3), R2, L2(5). Lara will sigh.
