If you play a lot of multiplayer games like i do then it is best to make a second installation for Total Annihilation because the TAUIP unit pack can mess up multiplayer a bit in some cases when not all players have it installed and its always good to have an testing environment for your new units, ai's and patches. |

Second Installation |

Change the name of your original totala directory e.g. change c:\cavedog\totala into c:\multiplay\totala and make a shortcut to this directory for your multiplay games. After done this install everything again to the default directory (c:\cavedog\totala) and use this directory to install the TAUIP pack. |

NOTICE
TAUIP 2.1 is the FINAL version being developed by Malcolm Lim / TAUCC group. Instead, the
Upstart Design Group are continuing TAUIP. So if you want the latest version of TAUIP, you should get it at UDG's Official Site or here at TAUEC. |

Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1
- Upgrade for full package- (2.32 MB)
- Upgrade for separate disks- (3.84 MB)
- For these updates to work, you will need the original tauip 2.0 executable (EXE),
and the remaining files extracted into one directory,
then you run the patch,
show it the directory where the executable (EXE) is, and it'll patch it.
Once patched, run the executable, it'll be
the tauip 2.1 installer...
