This Discipline allows the vampire to through sheer force of will, command others to do whatever she desires. Indeed it is one of the legendary powers of the vampire, even appearing in literature and film. Simply by looking into the subjects eyes, the vampire may will the subject to whatever she desores. The average mortal is powerless, however a vampire may only Dominate Kindred of higher Generation that she. Among those who possess this Discipline are the Giovanni, Lasombra, Malkavians, Tremere, and Ventrue.

Command
By locking eyes with her victim, the vampire can issue a one word command (examples: leave, sleep, go, sit) which must be obeyed immediately. The command must be clear and straight forward, and the victim must understand it (i.e. it must be in the proper language, etc.). The command can also be spoken in a sentence ("Could you please leave."). However, the vampire may use a simple gesture instead of speaking such as pointing to the door (to indicate: "leave") and so forth. The victim cannot be ordered to do something to harm himself.

Roll Manipulation + Intimidation, Difficulty of the victims permanent Willpower. More successes causes the victim to act for longer periods of time and with greater intensity.

Mesmorize
With intense, undisturbed concentration, the vampire may implant false thoughts or hypnotic suggestions into her victims mind. The suggestion can be acted upon immediately or the vampire may indicate a trigger. Though only one suggestion can be implanted in a victim at a time, the suggestion can be as simple or elaberate as the vampire choses.

Roll Manipulation + Leadership, Difficulty of the victim's permanent Willpower. With one or two successes the victim will not do anything that seems strange to him ("Wear this pimp-daddy hat the next time you see the Prince."). Three or four successes and the victim will do anything that does not present great personal danger.

The Forgetful Mind
After locking gaze with her victim, the vampire may steal, implant, or reshape his memories. Much like a hypnotist, this is not done telepathicly, but verbally. The changes must be subtle however, but it is still enough to erase certain memories that might breech the Masquerade.

Roll Witts + Leadership, and announce the nature of the alterations to be made, Difficulty of the victim's Willpower. Consult the table below:

1 Success-----May remove one memory for one day.
2 Successes--May remove, but not alter, memory permanently.
3 Successes--May make slight changes to memory.
4 Successes--May alter or remove an entire scene from the victim's memory.
5 Successes--May reconstruct entire periods of the victim's life.

Conditioning
Through sustained manipulation, a vampire may make a subject more suseptable to the vampire's will. This also allows the victim to build up an immunity to the Dominating effects of other Kindred. However, subjects who have been Conditioned tend to lose much of their passion and independent thought after a period of time. Orders are followed quite literally with no initiative.

Roll Charisma + Leadership, Difficulty of the victim's premanent Willpower. This is an extended action, and the number of successes required is at the Storyteller's discretion. This is usually about 5-10 times the subject's Self-Control. Vampires with more empathic Natures may require less roles, and only through role-playing can the vampire determine whether she has been successful or not.

Possession
This power allows a vampire to literally possess the body of a mortal through sheer act of will. By locking her gaze, the vampire can insert her conciousness into the victim's mind. The victim is only vaguely aware of what is happening while the vampire is in control, as if he were having some strange dream. The vampire, however, cannot Possess other Kindred. The only exception to this is if the victim is Blood Bound to the vampire. The vampire's body falls into a Torpor like state, but now controls the victims body just as easily as her own.

Using this power is indeed an ordeal for both characters. The vampire must strip every last Willpower point from the victim before the Possession can take place. The vampire spends a Willpower point and Rolls Charisma + Intimidation, while the victim Rolls his straight Willpower (Difficulty 7 for both). For every success the vampire gets over her victim, he loses a temporary Willpower point. The players keep roling until either of the two is out of Willpower. Once the victim loses all temporary Willpower, the vampire Rolls Manipulation + Intimidation (Difficulty 7). The number of successes dictates how much control the vampire has over the mortal body. Consult the chart below:

1 Success-----Cannot use Disciplines.
2 Successes--Can use Auspex.
3 Successes--Can also use Dominate, Presence.
