Though the movements and reflexes of the Kindred are typically greater than that of the average mortal. THis Discipline allows the possesser to move at an incredible level of speed. Those who do not possess this power appear to move in slow motion in comparison to those who do. The advantages are great. One can attack before the enemy is prepared, or more easily dodge a impending attack, even allow the vampire to do several movements in the same amount of time it would take his enemy to do one. Possessers of this Discipline include the Assamites, Brujah, and Toreador.

The vampire spends a single Blood Point  to activate his Celerity next turn, the level he has in it equals the number of extra physical actions he may take per turn without the standard penalties for them. These turns cannot in turn be split via normal rules however, and the vampire still rolls as determined by his Initiative roll.
