The truth about Mew:

- The truth is, well, it's both. Mew is, and isn't in the american version. Let me just start off with this, the truck behind the S.S. Anne thing is a fake. This game genie code: 070-709-334-560-D9A-329 (Works with Red and Blue) will prove it. This code makes people who usally just stand there go EVERYWHERE.(Remeber, DO NOT FLY with this code on, it will screw up the game) Goto the dock of the S.S. Anne and see for yourself. The guy is gone. You can now freely goto the S.S. Anne. Go ahead, surf around. There's nothing there.But that brings me back to the Game Genie code to GET mew. (151-91A-7FC for red and 151-91A-7FC for blue) This code let's you fight mew in the grassy area west of Cerulean City. This brings me to the point, if Mew can be accessed from a Game Genie, he must be somewhere in the game! The creators wouldn't have made Mew's pic, his Pokedex entry, and his powers and not put her in the game somewhere! I'm not sure where she is, but I'm pretty sure she's somewhere.E-mail me more about this

The truth about rumors:

- There are hundreds of idiotic rumors miesters on the internet, and even more when it comes to pokemon. First, I'm not sure about all of them, but most of them consist of doing things "100" times, or doing huge, long, drawn out things that are useless (such as talking to someone 100 times). Most people can cipher these out, but I'm sure many people have fallen for them. More rumors than anything consist of how to get togapi.I'm about 95% sure he is NOT in red and blue. Weird Codes:

There are many, MANY weird Game Genie codes. I dont have a game shark, so if you want game shark codes posted, tell me. Here are some FUNKY codes ;)

1. Where'd everybody go?
I dunno. LOL. This code, 00C-54B-107, makes everyone dissapear except for the little kid who is always in the pokemon center. This works for both versions. One quirk, if you go down below cancel on your items menu, Tm 55 (flash) will always be there.

2. Happy, Shiny People, ..Flying?
Yep, people can fly! Input this code into your game genie: 070-709-334-560-D9A-329, and you'll be in for some fun! People will not only fly, but they will fly through building, over water, and other fun stuff! This way, you can get BOTH the fossils in Mt. Moon, BOTH the pokemon in the fighting Dojo, and even get into the Unknown Dungeon without beating the Pokemon League! Fun fun fun! Two quirks: (In Red) Your pokemon list will have a few stray marks on it, no big deal. BIG DEAL: Do not fly with this code on! It WILL crash the game.

3. Gone fishin'... in statues?
Having a little trouble finding rare water pokemon? Try fishing in statues! In ALL the gyms, you can fish (and surf) in statues. Pretty cool no?

4. Standing. Wow. It's cool. But how about on a tree?
This is probally one of the more useless weird codes. Try cutting down one of those scraggly bushes (like the ones all over Fushcia city). Then, stand where it was, save the game, and shut off the system. Turn it back on, and your on a tree! Whoopie! NOt to worry though, just walk to get off.

5. Sloppy Digging.
It's a long road to the sea foam islands. If your pokemon are weak, or have been poisened by tentacool's, have no fear! Simply take along a pokemon that can dig! You can dig right through that ocean and go back to the pokemon center!

6. Pa! Get down offa tha roof!
What? Yep, deposit the secret key, and goto Cinnabar Island. Swim up and down the the east side of the Island, half on land, half on water. Then goto the Gym. You'll get the Message "Door is locked" , but pa will be there, on the roof!

7. Ahhh! Ghost PC!
This is useless, but it will make you belive. In Celedon City, Goto the hotel with the Meditating guy (It's at the bottom of the city, the last house on the row.) Walk over to the bushes in the Bottom right corner, get above the tree in the corner, walk up one, and press 'A'. Whoa! Either it's a ghost PC, or a really tiny computer!

8. Eh? What's up Alakazam?
When Alakazam is really low in life, send him in to battle, and he'll cry like a Gastly. Creepy! E-mail me more about this

Get Lots and Lots of an Item!

One Masterball? That stinks doesn't it? Ya. Well, how would you like to have, oh, say, 100!? Here's how:
1. First Make sure you have a Pokemon with FLY and one with Surf (Or have the Surf Board)
2. Talk to the old grumpy guy in Viridian (Where you exit to Viridian Forest) Say No to his question
3. Wait what seems like forever for him to catch his damn weedle.
4. Then, place the item you want 100 of 6th in your list. (Use select to switch item places)
5. FLY to Cinnibar island, get out your Surboard, (or pokemon with surf) And start swimming on the east coast, half on land, half on water.
6. Sooner or later the screen will turn black for 5-10 secs, and you will fight a pokemon called MissingNo. or 'M. DO NOT CATCH THEM. Run Away or kill them. (They are virus pokemon)
7. You now have 100 of the item in 6th of your item list! (Indicated by a weird symbol by the number). E-mail me more about this

Pokeball to Masterball

Isn't it annoying, when all you have is a pokeball and there is this really great pokemon you want? Fret no More! Throw the pokeball at the pokemon, and as soon as it opens, press UP+B. This takes a bit of practise, but with time you'll get it!E-mail me more about this

Surf Board

This is so incredibly awesome! Input this code into your game genie: 074-55D-F7A. Once you've done that start the game and goto the Cerulean City Pokemart. At the top of the items list will be ????? , which is the surfboard! It allows you to surf, without a water pokemon that knows surf! Sweet! And, best of all, it's free! Have fun!
