WHATS WRONG: Well,
as everyone knows there are only 9 cops. There is no way that many cops
can patrol ALL of HEAT. Which means very few will get caught. This of course
isnt good. Not only are there not enough, but all cops are HEAT Techs.
Everyone knows that techs get VERY busy. Most of the time techs dont even
have enough time to answer Help Chat questions. So will they have enough
time to patrol HEAT? I don't think so.
HOW CAN IT BE FIXED?: Well,
first of all, there needs to be MORE cops. This could be done by letting
certain members in the program. The only problem with that, is some users
might not be completely honest. Some users might turn in someone who is
their enemy, and let their friends get away with it. It would be hard finding
honest users, but they are out there. Also, the punishment needs to be
slightly more harsh, and needs to be STRICTLY enforced. Perhaps not only
fine users, but post the culprits also.
