What is the Otaku Death Force?

The ODF is a MAD for Shogo: Mobile Armor Division, formed on February 3, 1999, under the leadership of Kaji and The Corvette Kid.

What is a "MAD"?

MAD stands for "Mobile Armor Division". It is to Shogo what a clan is to Quake.

What are the requirements to join?

We don't require much to be a soldier in the ODF. There are but two (2) requirements:

You must be an otaku (or at least an anime fanboy)...
You must play Shogo and like to kick ass (or at least try ^_^)!

How can I join?

That's simple. Just e-mail Kaji or The Corvette Kid and say you want in, and you'll be processed ASAP!

How do I identify members of the ODF?

In games and in the forums you will see [ODF] appended to the name of a member.

Why do members have [ODF/A] or [ODF/B]?

We currently have two (2) wings of soldiers, the Alpha Wing and the Beta Wing. Alpha Wing is led by Com. Kaji, while Beta Wing is led by St. Corvette Kid.

What's [ODF/P]?

Since the Shogo community is great to us, we're giving back to the community. We now have a new Pi Wing whose sole purpose is to instruct the new members to the Shogo community. Ins. ShadowFlame will take applications for admittance to this training wing.

What's with [ODF*]?

Another addition to the MAD structure is Epsilon Wing. This wing is composed of the best. Members of this new wing will continue to serve in their wings, but these members will be called on to perform their duties to Epsilon wing from time to time.
