The Lottery Program
Version 1.13 Released April 2, 1999
*made minor adjustment*
The Lottery
Program is a non-commercial and absolutely free program. You are
free to distribute it too anyone you want...anywhere you want. It
would be nice if you'd add a link to my website:
http://underworld.fortunecity.com/bulletproof/801 ...
but even that's not necessary because it is visible in the
program itself.
How does the
program work?
The program consists of a
series of scroll bars/text boxes corresponding to a particular
lottery number. I suppose the easiest way to put it is that the
value of the scroll bar/text box indicates how many balls with a
particular number (depending on which one you change) are in the
draw. The overall effect is that you are able to adjust the odds
of the draw if you don't believe that the real draws are 100%
random.
What are the
program's features?
-works for lotteries with a
number range anywhere between 1 and 49
-draws number sets consisting of 1 to 7 unique numbers
-draws 1 to 1000 unique number sets to a file of your choice
-odds can be saved and accessed in the future
-odds can be exported to a file and imported later (good for
distributing odds via the internet)
Download the files individually...
