Graphics 6 - The graphics in this game are very good for its age (like many neo geo games) the enemies are very vibrant and colorful. The enemies are very big. The game features very primitive zooming (i.e. moving up and down hallways) which had not been seen in any game prior to it. overall this games graphics are good but not great.
Sound/Music 7 - The music in this game is okay at best. It features dull chords and drumming, but it probably sounded good in 1990. The sound is very good, featuring many yells and screams from the enemies. Overall the sound is about average.
Gameplay/Control 4 - The reason I gave this game such a bad rating in control is... well because it has bad control. The game is first person, but instead of moving forward and fighting the enemies you move sideways and they jump in front of you. my main gripe with the control is when you want to move forward along a hallway you must be perfectly alligned with the center and a little arrow appears that says you are able to move forward. I also think it is pretty dumb that when you move back down a hallway you walk backwards but that is just an oppinion. Overall this game has pretty lousy control, but if a sequel was made with this concept I think it could be great.
Overall 6- This is a great game but it shows its age. Its bad control dosen't help it any but you get some pretty cool weapons and it is a great idea. If you can find this game for under 30$ (for the CD system) I would reccomend buying it. It is a fun addition to any collection.
